2nd Cadaver workshop to take place in Bratislava
28. 2. 2017
EuroPainClinics® has organized in collaboration with the Department of Anatomy of the Medical Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava the second international cadaver workshop to be held on 4 and 5 March. A key theme is the diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, including advanced endoscopic procedures during severely painful conditions of the lumbar and cervical spine.
The professional seminar builds on last year’s successful first workshop, which met with great acclaim and brought a number of beneficial stimuli for clinical practice. This year, thirty European medical specialists in pain treatment and other medical specialties such as rheumatology, neurology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, etc. will meet in the Anatomical Institute in Bratislava. The two-day workshop program includes a series of specialised interactive lectures focused on the scientific basis of the anatomy, pathophysiology and epidemiology of painful conditions and practical training in individual techniques.
The expert guarantors of the professional workshop are MUDr. Róbert Rapčan, FIPP, Medical Director EuroPainClinics, and doc. MUDr. Eliška Kubíková PhD., head of the Anatomical Institute LF UK in Bratislava. The main instructors and lecturers will be Dr. Sherdil Nath (Sweden) Dr. Anthony Hammond (United Kingdom), Dr. Stefan Hellinger (Germany) and MUDr. Róbert Rapčan, FIPP (Slovak Republic). MUDr. Juraj Mláka, Head physician of EuroPainClinics® in Kosice, will give an expert lecture on the epiduroscopy. The workshop is accredited by Slovak Medical Chamber (SLK).
