XXIV. Slovak Dialogues on Pain, with the active participation of EuroPainClinics®
10. 6. 2016
From 10 – 11 June the Central Slovakian town of Bojnice will host the prestigious medical congress Slovak Dialogues on Pain. In the framework of the professional programme there will be presentations from the EuroPainClinics® medical specialists.
The main topic of the Congress, which is organized by the Slovak Society for the Study and Treatment of Pain (SSČLB), is acute and chronic pain, which ties in with the subject of interventional pain management and palliative medicine. Its aim is a joint meeting of the professional medical public for an active transfer of the current knowledge from the various disciplines with a view to their use in day-to-day practice. The congress is accredited by the Slovak Accreditation Council for Continuous Medicinal Education (SACCME).
The thematic block Interventional Pain Management will take place with significant support from EuroPainClinics® as one of the educational guarantors presided over by Doc. MUDr. Igor Martuliak, PhD. and the Medical Director of EuroPainClinics® MUDr. Róbert Rapčan, FIPP. The main expert talk on this issue will be given by our leading specialists – MUDr. Róbert Rapčan, FIPP, (Endoscopic Facet Denervation – Initial Experience), MUDr. Michal Venglarčík, Ph.D., (The Options for Interventional Pain Management in the Treatment of Cervical Vertebrogenic Syndromes) and MUDr. Martin Griger (Complete Options when Resolving Radicular Pain at a Pain Management Workplace). The educational programme will end with a joint discussion forum for algesiologists.
The organiser will likewise connect the congress’s concepts to the legacy and activities of two international companies, the IASP (International Association for the Study of Pain) and the EFIC (European Pain Federation), which declared 2016 the year of the Fight Against Joint Pain. We at EuroPainClinics ® also take up this gauntlet.
