Krzysztof Lokas, M.D. is a leading Polish orthopedic and spinal surgeon specializing in minimally invasive and endoscopic procedures on the spine. He is a specialist in transforaminal and translaminar endoscopic discectomy. The subject of his professional interest is vertebroplasty, nucleoplasty, he deals with the treatment of degenerative spinal disease, scoliosis, spondylolisthesis and pain treatment by radiofrequency techniques. He holds a diploma of Specialist in orthopedic surgery and traumatology.

He works as a senior spinal surgeon and consultant for spinal surgery at the Szpital Chirurgii Małoinwazyjnej i Rekonstrukcyjnej clinic in Bielsko Biała. In the past, he worked as a chief assistant, orthopedic and trauma surgeon and consultant for spinal surgery in university and district hospitals in Zakopane.

Since 2012, he has been a doctor of the Polish Athletic Association, in 2015, he was a team doctor at the Summer University in Gwangju. He actively participates in professional symposia and educational workshops (Iran, France, Bulgaria, Mexico, Brazil, Ireland) and acts as a trainer of MaxMore Spine Products.

He received his medical education at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, where he also, as an assistant professor, led training and lectures for residents of the Orthopedic Surgery training program and foreign students.
